2 Ways to Use Succulents
Part 1: Favors - Succulents in FlowersBy Flour LA Events Manager Sine Maria. She created these dual arrangements as thank-you's for an event. Guests enjoyed the flowers and once they died, they could keep the succulent which was in a separate votive container. Pretty smart, eh?
Use: white vases (Ikea), leftover candle votives or shot glasses, succulents (from a nursery, your backyard, or home improvement store), and wildflowers. |

Part 2: Succulents in Mason JarsOne of my best friends, the insanely talented copyrighter, and writer in general, Lesley Bea aka Danger Bea created these for her wall. She also placed succulents in empty light bulbs and used a mason jar as a soap dispenser; clearly an overachiever.
Using mason jars, place corks and rocks on the bottom for drainage. Fill with dirt. Plant succulents. Attach to a wood plank. You can go to a home improvement store for the fasteners. Voila! |

Holiday Cards
Sine Maria Lopez created these holiday cards.
You will need:
Blank Card
Ribbon
Holiday Greens (boxwood)
Floral Wire
Floral Tape
Take a 6'' piece of floral wire and using the floral tape, attach little section of the green and secure with the tape. You will have to twist and pull each time you wrap the tape around the wire. Continue to add until the wire is covered and then create a loop.
Or
Create a loop with the greens only and staple to the card. Create a ribbon and hot glue on top, or staple the piece of ribbon to the card and then tie a bow.
