As I sort of mentioned below, my book Dine & Design on the Fly: Everyday Meals Under $3 a Serving with a Side of Flowers for Easy Entertaining is on it's way out! I can't wait to share it with everyone.
I've had great feedback from Green Wedding Shoes and C Magazine, so that is exciting. I can't wait to see the Flour LA photos in there. I don't know if I mentioned this, but my beloved Helen who did the marketing at Whole Foods left. No fear though, I will be continuing the classes there! We have a weekend this Saturday for Kristin, who I clicked with immediately. I love her. I'm so lucky to have amazing brides. Sometimes I do consultations with real bridezillas or high-maintenance gals, and that's so not my style. It gets me down. But then I have wonderful, cool, laid-back brides that I click with, and get SO excited to do their flowers! Ah, will most likely start writing for Huffington Post Weddings, which I've had on my goal list for a while now. It really is all about persistence. That wraps it up. My brother Matt is here until Friday. It had been almost a year since I'd see him, so very happy to be spending time with him. Meeting with Stacey and the lovely photographer Maya tonight for brainstorm sesh for our next photo shoot. After seeing a retro Barbie doll house at LACMA, I'm pretty much set on that:)
